What I can do in a minute

I know when my kids are here I let my house be messy. And it makes me exhausted and sad. So rather than wallowing in it I tell myself that I can do a minute. And I’m finding the 60 seconds can’t be too bad. It has made not only a huge difference around my house but really in my head.
