Last weeks meal prep was ground chuck patties, sauted napa cabbage and home baked fries. Bear approved! I'll assess tomorrow's meal prep plan and post sooner. my chronic pain has been off the hook, so I haven't been working out except walking Bear. when this happens, I adjust calories and quality of food according to my activity and flare ups.

Meal prepping is a fantastic way to ensure you have healthy meals ready at your convenience, particularly when managing chronic pain or other health issues. Following a balanced meal plan can help maintain energy levels and reduce the temptation to eat unhealthy snacks. Consider including lean proteins like ground chuck, which is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. Pairing it with sautéed vegetables like napa cabbage not only adds flavor but also boosts your intake of vitamins and minerals. When dealing with fluctuations in activity due to chronic pain flare-ups, it's important to adjust your meal plans accordingly. Monitoring your caloric intake can help you stay aligned with your health goals. Integrating whole foods and minimizing processed choices can contribute to improved overall well-being. If you're interested in healthy eating principles, consider seeking advice from certified personal trainers or nutritionists, as they can provide tailored guidance based on your individual needs.
