This clean eating approach makes it easier to stick with healthy choices. The 12-hour fasting period, including sleep, gave my body a much-needed break to process stored fat and balance hormones naturally. I found that patience during fasting hours helped me avoid overeating later and improved my energy levels throughout the day. Incorporating strength training at least three times a week enhanced my muscle tone and metabolism. I noticed that as I gained lean muscle, my body burned more calories even when resting, accelerating fat loss. Consistency was key—I had to push past the initial weeks when progress seemed slow.
