Crostinis ricotta et fromage cottage fouetté, tomates séchées, basilic, pistache et miel 🥖🍯🍅🍃

Ingrédients

- 1 baguette de pain en tranches (j’ai utilisé du pain au levain)

- Basilic frais

- Quelques Pistaches hachées

- Tomates séchées en pot

- Miel

Pour le mélange de ricotta

- 1 tasse de ricotta

- 3/4 de tasse de fromage cottage (pour cette recette c’est vraiment important d’utiliser le fromage cottage qui est dans l’emballage bleu dans mon vidéo car il est plus ferme. Ceux en pot vont être trop et liquide et ça ne tiendra pas sur les croûton)

- 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de pot de tomates séchées

- 1 cuillère à soupe de miel

- Une pincée de sel et de poivre au goût

1. mélanger tous les ingrédients au mélangeur jusqu’à obtenir une belle texture crémeuse. si vous avez vraiment trop de misère à mixer, ajouter 1-2 cuillères de lait de votre choix (mais pas trop sinon ce sera trop liquide)

2. Faire griller des petits croûtons de pain avec un filet d’huile d’olive

3. Garnir chaque croûtons avec le mélange de ricotta. Ajouter quelques tomates séchées, du basilic frais, des pistaches hachées, de la fleur de sel et un filet d’huile d’olive !
