Holiday Classic: Cinnamon Sugar Cookies 🍪✨

The holidays are here, so let’s bake something sweet and simple: Cinnamon Sugar Cookies.

You’ll need:

• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

• 1 cup sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 teaspoons cinnamon

• 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• ½ teaspoon salt

First, cream your butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy. Add your egg and vanilla, then mix again.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually mix the dry into the wet until a soft dough forms.
