High cortisol (aka stress hormone)

From one high cortisol mama to another..you have got to try this! 🤝🏻

Three months ago i was at my lowest of low. Counting down the minutes to nap time, giving my kids as much screen time as possible just to occupy them, crying for no reason, waking up in the middle of the night, so dang tired, anxious, and overwhelmed all the time.

I felt like such a bad mom, but i wasnt & neither are you.

My body was in flight or fight mode due to my cortisol being so high from the stressful situations going on in my life.

I started drinking happy juice, and the game changed. I started to see a difference in my mental health in the first week. Two weeks in and i noticed bloat & inflammation disappearing, and i was down 10 pounds.

The most important though is that im a more calm, patient, happy, go with the flow mama. I have energy, im sleeping so good, no longer anxious & overwhelmed, and no longer irritatable & yelling at my kids. I have my spark back.

So dang thankful.

Happy juice connects the gut-brain axis and specifically targets dopamine and serotonin levels in the brain 🧠

Here are the facts of what happy juice does backed by clinical studies:

•Mental flow & cognitive function

•Regulates blood sugars & cortisol levels

•Body & mind endurance

•Mood, motivation, & metabolism

•Physical energy without crash or jitters

•Improves the gut, the brain, and the gut-brain axis.

•Probiotics, prebiotics & phytobiotics that have been scientifically proven to improve mental wellness.

All natural ingredients, plant based, soy free, dairy free, non gmo, & no artificial dyes or sugars! 💓

... Read moreHigh cortisol levels can impact your overall well-being, leading to feelings of anxiety, irritability, and exhaustion. Many people experience sleep disturbances, emotional distress, and physical symptoms such as weight gain and digestive issues. It’s crucial to identify the signs of elevated cortisol, such as persistent fatigue, mood swings, and difficulty concentrating. To alleviate stress and support adrenal health, try incorporating lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, a balanced diet loaded with anti-inflammatory foods, and mindfulness practices like yoga or meditation. Hydration and sleep hygiene are also fundamental. Additionally, natural supplements like ashwagandha or magnesium may help normalize cortisol levels. If you are experiencing three or more symptoms linked to high cortisol, consider integrating a natural cortisol-balancing mocktail, which may support gut health and restore balance to your hormone levels. Remember, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice on managing your cortisol and overall health.
