But it's packed with protein and healthy fats that keep me full for hours, preventing those mid-morning cravings that often lead to overeating later. This isn't a restrictive meal; it's a balanced one that tastes great and makes me feel good. It’s a far cry from the bland, unappetizing meals often associated with 'diets' promoted in ads. Beyond just breakfast, adopting a mindset of simple portion control throughout the day has been a game-changer.
