Healthy:CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE 🫶🍋

On a heathy kick and love to devour something sweet from time to time. This cake is it. Healthy and sweet!

Ingredients:

✨ 4 ripe bananas

✨3 eggs

✨1 cup cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)

✨2 tbsp cocoa powder

✨2 tbsp maple syrup

✨2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to bowl.

2. Mix with a whisk or hand mixer.

3. Spray a tin pay with non stick cooking spray.

4. Pour batter into baking tin.

5. Add some chips of your choice to top. I chose chocolate.

6. Preheat oven to 360 degrees and bake for 45 minutes

Important: let cake cool in tin before transferring to refrigerator to cool completely before eating.
