These did not taste healthy at all!!
They were so delicious and moist and melted in my mouth ๐
A must try!
INGREDIENTS
- 300g ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
- 2 eggs
- 1 serving egg white
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetner
- 180g oat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- few dashes of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used moreโฆ๐ so the calories increased- if you want less calories use less chocolate chipsโบ๏ธ)
Bake at 350F for about 30-35 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean)
Allow to cool and cut into 9 equal pieces..
~160 cal
~6 g protein
