Ingredients

1/2 pound cleaned shrimp

Salt

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Cumin

2 cups cooked white rice

Firecracker sauce:

1/2 cup franks buffalo sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp red pepper flake & dried parsley

1 tbsp butter

Directions

1. In saucepan on medium-low heat combine hot sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley. Once sauce starts to bubble stir and let simmer another 2 minutes then add in butter. Once butter is melted stir and set aside off heat.

2. Season shrimp with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin. In pan on medium heat on stove cook shrimp in butter.

3. When shrimp is done, add in firecracker sauce.

4. Serve shrimp over rice and top with parsley, red pepper flakes, and diced green onion.

5. Enjoy!
