When I started focusing on what I feed my body, I noticed such a difference in my energy, pain, and mood. 🌿

Living with endometriosis isn’t easy, but learning how to nourish myself has been a form of healing too. This list has been my go-to for building an anti-inflammatory, hormone-supportive diet. 💛
