Quick Leg day session
Leg day, but I still do upper body poses lol. I can't figure out how to properly pose legs, I still really want those quads to pop more. And I don't think I have the right shorts for posing glutes.
Hip Adduction: 270lbs, 10; 275lbs, 10; 280lbs, 10
Hip Abduction: 230lbs, 10; 235lbs, 2x10
V-Squat: 315lbs, 10; 325lbs, 2x6
Seated Calf Raised: 215lbs, 10; 225lbs, 2x10
Dragon Flag: 3x8
