When looking for a light snack or a healthy dessert, nothing beats Greek yogurt. This week, I opted for flavors like strawberry and banana with granola, packed with nutrients to keep my energy levels balanced. Not to forget a sweet indulgence of chocolate chip and butterscotch cookies for those moments when a treat is deserved.
