"Fluffy Chicken Tsukune Bowl" /
Cooking time 15 minutes
< Ingredients for 2 people >
Eggs... 2
Ooba... as you like
[A]
Minced chicken... 150g
Silken tofu: 80 g
Green onion... 10 cm
2 tsp each of potato starch and mayonnaise
Ginger tube 3 cm
[B]
Sugar, sake, mirin... each tablespoon 1
Soy sauce... 2 spoon spoon
How to make
1️⃣
Chop the green onions.
Put all ingredients of [A] in a frying pan and mix well.
When it comes together, divide it into two equal parts and shape it to a thickness of about 1 cm.
2️⃣
Add vegetable oil and cook over medium heat.
When it is browned, turn it over,
Break two eggs into the empty space.
3️⃣
Cover and steam over low medium heat for 4 minutes.
When the egg is firm to your liking, take it out.
4️⃣
Add the sauce from [B] and simmer.
Serve rice in a bowl and top with toritsukune and fried egg.
Serve with perilla if you like.
