75 Day Challenge

UGHHH WHERE DO I START??!

Last year around early October i decided that i wanted to get on that 75 day challenge. I was tired of always saying “yeah im gonna start taking care of myself, yeah im gonna start going to the gym” and never doing it OR starting and then quitting after a week or so.

If it weren’t for all the birthdays and holidays back to back (i love to party and drink im never changing) i should’ve finished this in December. Did i want to quit and start all over? ABSOLUTELY. I felt like i failed, i felt like i couldn’t take the win when i finally got to the finish line because everyone else ran straight and i took pit stops.

But here i am, day 75. I didn’t lose a ton of weight but you know what i did lose? Lack of motivation. Intimidation of the gym, of being out there alone. I lost the lazy bone that convinced me to sleep in the extra 30 minutes instead of waking up early. I lost my insecurities, my self doubt and shame.

I can walk into the gym now, head held high music blasting and kill my workout EVERY TIME. The confidence I’ve gained from all of this is unexplainable, the way i GLOW now I just wish I had the words to paint that picture for you.

I’m so unbelievably proud of myself and i wanna thank my people who were on this journey with me, who has witnessed my growth and i am so excited to see where i push myself to for the rest of this year.
