Freezing tea makes it so much easier to make a big healthy batch and have on hand when needed or easy to toss in a cup and drink it whenever you want rather than having to brew a new batch everyday.

This really saves my mornings everyday or in my night routine and it makes it so much easier to add a healthy tea to save time and be able to do more plus enjoy a hot herbal tea to relax and feel good inside and out 🤍

I make ginger and turmeric ones all the time and with this one I added cinnamon sticks and soursop leaves.

Add lemon, lime, any herbs you want!

You can add anything but I always add a lot of herbs if it is for occasions like being sick.

I filled these a little too full but it still turned out hot after adding hot water and the ice melting.

Turmeric, with its gorgeous amber color (just like those beautiful frozen cubes you see!), is a potent anti-inflammatory. For anyone dealing with digestive discomfort or even gut inflammation, incorporating turmeric regularly can be incredibly beneficial. Freezing these ingredients into convenient cubes means I can get my daily dose without any fuss, making sure I'm consistently supporting my gut health. I love seeing those little ginger or turmeric pieces suspended in the frozen cubes – it reminds me of all the goodness packed inside!
