Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Mousse Cups

A small creamy dessert for days when you want something sweet, soft, and not too heavy.

**Ingredients, makes 3–4 mini cups:**

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup whipped cottage cheese or light cream cheese

1–2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup fresh strawberries

1–2 tsp lemon juice

2–3 tbsp crushed graham crackers, vanilla protein cereal, or almond flour crumbs

Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, only if you like the texture

**How to make it:**

Blend or whip the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese or cream cheese, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth and thick.

Mash or blend the strawberries with lemon juice to make a quick strawberry layer.

Add a small spoon of crumbs to the bottom of each mini glass. Layer with cheesecake mousse, strawberry puree, then more mousse.

Chill for 30–60 minutes so it gets thick and creamy.
