Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

• Pasta: 250g (Fettuccine or Penne).

• Chicken: 1 chicken breast, cubed.

• Garlic: 2 cloves, minced.

• Cream: 1 cup of cooking cream.

• Seasoning: Salt, black pepper, and 1 tsp of dried oregano.

• Optional: Grated Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese, and sliced mushrooms.

Preparation Steps:

1. Boil the Pasta: Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté the Chicken: In a large pan, heat some oil or butter. Add the chicken cubes and cook until they turn golden brown.

3. Add Aromatics: Add the minced garlic (and mushrooms if using) to the pan. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Make the Sauce: Pour in the cooking cream. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

5. Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes so the pasta is well-coated. (Add cheese at this stage if you like it extra creamy).
