There were days when I felt emotionally vulnerable without understanding why, which strained my relationships and patience. Managing these mood shifts required developing mindfulness and seeking support from friends and professional counselors. Weight management felt like a constant battle. No matter the exercise or diet changes, shedding pounds was incredibly difficult, which affected my confidence.
