Day 13: 75 Soft Challenge

-75oz Water 💦

Kinda a repeat of Friday. Definitely brought that big ol water bottle with me. I need to purchase more bottled water for convenience.

-7k Steps 🚶‍♀️

idid some walking to the gym before I went to work. I normally bike there but I was feeling like walking instead. I’m glad I purchased actual running shoes so I’m not walking everywhere in converses.

-Portion Control 🌮

I made pork chops for the first time! I had a slice of chopped up in spaghetti. I’m low in groceries so my options weren’t plenty. I still enjoyed it though and there was more salad to eat with it too!

-Skincare ❤️

Undisclosed (I did the same thing as yesterday lol)

-Workout 3x/Week 💪

I did some legs. I have to be careful though because I strained my right knee at a previous workout session. It’s still bothering me sometimes. I hope that I don’t have to go in to get it checked.

-Read 30 mins 📖

Audible books again. They’re so convinent. I have been picking up different books and just been reading a couple chapters of them. I don’t currently have a strict alone book that I’m reading and I’m fine with that.
