This is what I eat in a day, with lots and lots of water in between meals to keep me full and less tempted to grab snacks. I begin my morning with a big breakfast -I feel like that meal sets the tone for the rest of the day☀️🫶🏼

Morning:

Tomato and cheddar cheese omelette, with half an avocado with everything but the bagel seasoning on top. A side of two cauliflower hash browns from @strongroots

Lunch:

Tuna salad from @StarKistOfficial over a tostada and drizzle of hot sauce from @Melinda's Hot Sauce

Mid-day Snack:

My favorite chili lime chips from @Quest Nutrition

Dinner:

Rice, tomato slices, flank steak and a side of cucumber salad

If I crave something at night while the kids are in bed I love to have a @Chobani Flip Key Lime Crumble Yogurt which is delicious!
