This mindset shift helped me uncover strengths I wasn’t fully aware of before and develop resilience. From setting up online platforms to marketing and managing customer relationships, every step required learning and adjustment. It was demanding but also rewarding. One tip I would share is to celebrate small wins along the way, which provides motivation to keep moving forward. For anyone starting a new project or business, embracing the challenges as opportunities to grow can transform the entire experience. Instead of fearing setbacks, view them as valuable lessons that refine your approach and build confidence. Before stretching: warm up! I recommend stretching AFTER a workout or doing something physical. Even if you go for a 10 minute walk beforehand, it’s better than doing nothing. Hold each of these stretches for at least 30 seconds. Repeat on the other side and then try your splits on both legs.
