What I'd eat if I were a...Cowboy pt.2
We love meat in our household, and every time im cooking over an open flame I feel like im back in the Ole western times. First the pork and pineapple kabobs cooked very well on the grill. The pork came out juicy and flavorful from all the peppers and pineapple mixed in between the meat. Next, you can't go wrong with a nice big steak and I think im figuring out how to cook a nice piece of beef with out drying it out and making it tough. Steak takes time to perfect, and sometimes salt is all you'll need to season a steak. Find a method that works for you when trying to get a tasty, tender steak. Next, a shaved beef sandwich can easily turn into a French dip sandwich. Just save the juices that you're meat cooked in and dip while you eat. This is best made in a pressure cooker, or a slow cooker. Lastly, a rack of grilled lamb chops. They stay tender and cook so fast on the grill. Pair it with some basmatti rice and you'll have a solid meal.
