1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1 cup 1st Phorm blueberry muffin level-1 protein (https://1stphorm.com/products/level-1/?a_aid=6900ef530f30c)

1 cup almond flour

3 whole eggs

1 cup blueberries

1 tsp baking soda

1.5 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil

Pinch of salt

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl

Add the wet ingredients and mix well

Separate into a muffin tin sprayed with nonstick cooking spray

Bake at 300 for 15 minutes

PS - after 15 minutes I would just check every couple of minutes until they were fully done. Took about 19 minutes total for mine.
