... Read moreDay 3 of training for my first 5K has been an exhilarating experience! It’s hard to believe that I’m actually enjoying running, a notion that never crossed my mind before. This past week, I’ve been following the C25K (Couch to 5K) program, which is perfect for beginners like me. The program is designed to help novice runners gradually build their stamina and confidence with a mix of walking and running workouts. I made it through the first week, and I can genuinely say I feel stronger and motivated! As I lace up my running shoes for each session, I remind myself that every step is a win, no matter how small. There’s a vibrant community of beginner runners out there who share my enthusiasm, and utilizing hashtags like #5ktraining and #beginnerrunner have helped me connect with others on similar journeys. It's inspiring to see everyone supporting each other in this fitness endeavor. I can't wait to share my progress as I continue through Week 2 and beyond!
