MultiPurpose Workouts for the Win!!

I love a good way to squeeze in extra core workout!

I love that there are so many ways to hit your core in your workout. This is not only and upper body day but by either kneeling or sitting your core gets more work than it would while standing.

I did 4 sets till failure using 15 pound dumbells for MOST of the workout!

My failure was about 8 btw lol still on my progressive overload mission this week!
