For my bat wings and things 😋

Before you keep scrolling you don't need a bench for the entire workout...most of these can be done on the floor or the couch just fyi.

This workout is great to tighten and tone your arms including loose skin!

I mainly used 15 and 20 pound dumbbells for this workout and did 4 sets of 10 reps

I did have to bring the weight down for my concentration curls though..which btw I always feel so manly doing those 😆 🤣 idk why it just gives man when I do those...but they are great for these little annoying fat rolls
