Bat Wings? Lunch Lady Arms?

These bat wings have came such a long way from a year ago but one thing I will say these and the stomach are extremely stubborn...at least for me!!

I've learned that for my best results I HAVE to have a dedicated tricep day at least every other week..preferably every week but I don't want to feel super repetitive in these videos either 😅

Once I added a regular tricep workout day versus squeezing in a few tricep moves on an upper body day, I started to see better results.

The triceps are also often neglected making them naturally weaker so I focus very heavy on form while using a lower weight.

With this workout I only used 5 and 10 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 10-12. Trust me that will be enough especially if you are a beginner.
