BAT WINGS YOU GOTTA GO!!!

The triceps are literally one of the most neglected muscles we have and if you struggle with bat wings this is probably why!

This workout hits all 3 heads of the triceps and only one set of dumbbells is really required.

I mainly used 5 pounds for this workout and trust me it will be enough especially if you aren't a person who has dedicated tricep workouts.

I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything.

Slow and controlled is the name of the game here as well because you can definitely hurt yourself if you move through these too fast [I know my tricep dips look fast but it really didn't feel like I was going that fast]

Also, HAPPY VETERANS DAY ! I appreciate what every single one of you sacrificed for us. I also appreciate this day off for the sleep in + slow morning combo. I even got to do a slow flow grounding yoga that was EVERYTHING !
