ARM ROLLS?..START HERE

Another day in the books! Feels good to be back in the routine of things! Me and K was a tad behind schedule yesterday though 😅 but we made it!

Today's focus was really just on toning the inner arms and a little bit of triceps!

I pretty much used 10 15 and 20 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 8-12...I tried to go heavy that's why some reps were only 8...when I dropped to 10 pounds I did 12 reps!

I actually did half cardio first then weight trained and finished with a little more cardio...not sure if it made much of a difference tbh but something I will start paying more attention to!
