Chicken and shrimp wangpan paella

[Materials] (2 cups)

・ 1 chicken thigh (about 350g)

10 to 15 shrimp (optional)

・ Raw rice 2 go

・ 1 / 2 onion (chopped)

1 / 2 pack of shimeji mushrooms

10 g butter

· Garlic tube about 2 cm

400 ml of water

・ Consomme tablespoon 1

Mirin tablespoon 1

· Soy sauce tablespoon 1

・ Salt and pepper (for seasoning)

[How to make]

① Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken thighs

② Melt the butter in a frying pan and put the chicken from the skin

Bake crispy for about 4 minutes

③ Turn over and add onion and garlic and fry until tender

④ Add raw rice and mix with oil

⑤ Add water, consomme, mirin and soy sauce and mix

⑥ Place chicken, shimeji and shrimp on top

⑦ When it boils, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes

⑧ Heat on high heat for 1 minute to make Okoge

Turn off the heat and steam for 15 minutes with the lid on.

Loosen the chicken and mix the whole ✨
