Creamy Garden Orzo 🍴

Ingredients:

-orzo pasta (measurements up to you)

-olive oil

-minced garlic (1/2 tablespoon)

-chicken broth (enough to cover orzo)

-butter (1-2 tablespoons)

-cream (just a dash)

-lemon juice (couple dashes; to taste)

-cherry tomatos (handful; chopped)

-spinach (handful)

-parmesan (shredded; to taste)

-salt n pepper (to taste)

i measure with my heart <3

Instructions:

1. at medium heat, add olive oil to your pot and cook your minced garlic till fragrant

2. add your orzo and toast in the pan for two minutes

3. once orzo is toasted, cover your orzo with chicken broth. bring to a boil and simmer for about 7 mins or until tender.

4. add your cream and lemon juice and stir.

5. stir in your fresh spinach until it is wilted.

6. throw in your cherry tomato’s and let them get a tad tender (still want them to be a little crispy).

7. add your parmesan and salt and pepper to taste!
