Day 8: my progress

Day 8: Real life is not always perfect

Today was tough, to be honest, I didn’t even want to record myself 😅 I wasn’t in the mood, my face was swollen, and my daughter has been really sick these past few days. It’s been hard. But with this series, I’m proving to myself that even when I feel tired or exhausted, discipline matters. It’s okay to feel down, but progress still needs to happen. Healthier choices still need to be made🙌🏼

This series is pushing me to be the best version of myself, to have discipline even when I’m not motivated. And that’s life. Social media can make it seem like everyone is doing great all the time, but that’s not reality. Life happens, things get hard, but you still have to push through and keep moving forward right??

Wishing you all a wonderful and blessed night. See you tomorrow! ❤️

Not all great progress ends in crazy weight loss
This got a lot of hate when I first posted it one of my groups because my progress pic doesn’t end with weight loss… now reposting a year later, it didn’t end at all. When I first posted this a year ago, I posted because I was proud of my bulk, even when I was soo scared of gaining weight.
