Chicken Teriyaki with Yuzu Pepper Sauce

My son was crazy about "This sauce is the best!"
The only seasoning for this teriyaki was white dashi.
Refreshing but rich taste. It is a seasoning that never fails ♪
This is a perfect match for the special sauce that adds refreshing spiciness with yuzu pepper and lemon and mellow sweetness of honey.
The best combination that I arrived at because I tried many times with effort.
It is a magical dish that makes home cooking more fun and makes my son smile 🍗✨

[5 ingredients]
・ Chicken thigh meat (for fried chicken) 250g
Wheat flour
・ 3 tablespoons of white soup stock (1 tablespoon at the beginning, 2 tablespoons in the middle of baking)
· Cooking liquor tablespoon 1
・ Vegetable oil tablespoon 1
· Mayonnaise 15 g
・ Yuzu pepper 5g
・ Lemon juice 5g
5 g honey
If you don't have a scale, you can use 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of yuzu pepper, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of honey.
※ I used cut chicken thighs for karaage. If you use one piece, please cut it into 8 to 9 pieces.
[How to make]
Put the sliced chicken thighs in a frying pan, add white soup stock (table spoon 1), sake and flour and mix well.
② Add vegetable oil, light the fire and bake until both sides are browned. (2 to 3 minutes each)
③ Add white soup stock (2 tablespoons), cover and steam. (About 3 minutes)
④ Remove moisture and serve on a plate.
⑤ Make the sauce. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, yuzu pepper and honey well.

If you add white soup stock in ③, it will burn easily, so please steam over low to medium heat.
