“Healthy” Samoa Cookies

Since eating a whole box of Girl Scout cookies isn’t a good idea… this is my alternative!

Mix-

*1/4 cup of peanut butter ( or nut butter of your choice)

*1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

*2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips

Slice an apple and cut around the core to remove it. Spread the peanut butter mixture onto the apple slices, chill in the fridge, and enjoy! 🩶
