✨Easy Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup of soy sauce

- 1/4 cup of brown sugar

- 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil

- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar

- 1 teaspoon of ginger (ground or minced)

- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic

- 1lb beef (the standard is sliced, but I use ground since I always have some on hand!)

• brown your meat, then drain

• mix all other ingredients in a bowl

• combine & cook over medium heat

• serve with rice

optionally, you can garnish using sesame seeds & green onions! I personally like to drizzle mine with a mixture of sour cream, a splash of rice wine vinegar, & sriracha. I also like to pair my bulgogi with kimchi & sliced cucumbers!
