Protein packed egg bites, meal prep breakfast idea

This is a client favorite for a reason and great for busy women who don’t have time in the mornings!

Ingredients:

1 cup of cottage cheese

6 eggs

1/2 tsp of salt

Garlic powder (optional)

Saute 1/3 of onion

4 slices of turkey (chopped)

1 cup of spinach

Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins

Per 3 egg bites is 32 grams of protein 💪🏼
