🛒 You’ll need:
1 loaf of French bread (the softer the better)
2 boudin links (casings off, baby!)
Pepper Jack cheese (sliced or shredded — we don’t judge)
A sprinkle of parsley for that fancy finish 🌿
👩🍳 How I threw it together:
1. Preheat dat oven to 350°F.
2. Slice your French bread down the middle and scoop out the inside (save the crumbs for snacking, no shame).
3. First layer: Pepper Jack cheese.
4. Second layer: Boudin filling.
5. Repeat the love — cheese, boudin, cheese again.
6. Sprinkle with parsley like you’re on Food Network.
7. Toss it on a flat griddle over medium-high heat for a few mins just to get that top golden and melty.
8. Pop it in the oven for 25 minutes until it’s bubbly, cheesy, and smells like heaven.
