Brownie Cheesecake French Toast 🍫🍞

Quick & easy breakfast this morning!! 🤗

Breakfast Potatoes Ingredients:

✨ 4 Potatoes ( medium diced )

✨ 1 Bell Pepper ( small diced )

✨ 2 tbl minced Garlic

✨ Vegetable Oil

✨ Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning — to taste

💥 In a bowl, mix all ingredients

💥 Use enough vegetable oil to coat everything

💥 Season as desired & toss

💥 Pour onto a lined baking pan & bake for 30 minutes at 400° ( every 15 minutes, take out && toss potatoes around )

💥 Broil at 500° until browned

Brownie French Toast Ingredients:

✨ 1 cup Brownie Batter

✨ 1 Egg

✨ 1/3 cup Heavy Cream

✨ Sliced Bread

✨ Butter

💥 In a bowl, mix together brownie batter, egg, and heavy cream until smooth

💥 Place a slice of bread into the mixture to soak up batter on both sides

💥 In a hot pan, melt a tablespoon of butter & place bread sliced

💥 Cook on both sides

Cream Cheese Icing:

✨ 4 oz Cream Cheese

✨ 1 tbl Lemon Juice

✨ 1 cup Powdered Suger

✨ Heavy Cream

💥 In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth

💥 Add in lemon juice & powdered sugar

💥 If it’s too thick add heavy cream a little at a time and if it’s too thin add in more powdered sugar

💥 Drizzle over French toast with more powdered sugar
