Most people are taking supplements… but have no idea if they’re actually working!

In the modern American diet, we consume a lot of omega-6 fats from processed foods and seed oils. Omega-6 isn’t bad , our bodies actually need it for healing and normal functions.

The issue is balance.

When omega-6 is too high and omega-3 is too low, the body can shift into chronic inflammation. That imbalance can show up as things like:

• low energy

• brain fog

• joint discomfort

• stubborn weight

• overall inflammation

What surprised me most is that about 97% of people have this imbalance and don’t even know it.

Most doctors will simply recommend taking omega-3, and we assume we’re good.

But here’s the question…

How do we actually know if what we’re taking is working?

We test things like vitamin D levels all the time, but very few people have ever tested their omega balance, even though it plays a huge role in how our cells function.

And when your cells aren’t working properly, it can affect how your body absorbs nutrients from food and supplements.

Which honestly makes a lot of sense when you think about it.

If the cells aren’t healthy, the rest of the system has a harder time working the way it should.

That’s why I’ve been so interested in learning about testing instead of guessing when it comes to omega balance and supporting the body from the cellular level.
