Grilled chicken w/ white rice and broccoli dinner

Ingredients:
- Chicken tenderloins
- Minute Rice
- Frozen Broccoli
- Avocado oil
Seasonings:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Italian seasoning
Here’s a step by step :
Chicken:
1.) Prep and wash your chicken
2.) Pat chicken dry
3.) Season your chicken to your desired liking
4.) Add avocado oil to a pan and wait for it to heat up
5.) Place chicken in pan ( cook 5 mins on ea side ) and cover with lid
Minute Rice: ( Makes 2 servings )
- Boil 1 cup of water to a pot
- Add 1 cup of rice to boiling water and take off heat
- Cover for 5 minutes or until rice absorbed all the water
Broccoli:
- Add 1 bag of frozen broccoli into a pan with one cup of water. Cover and let it sit on medium heat for 12 minutes
