IT’S EASY TO MAKE

Dare I say more?? I’m all about enjoying eating while I’m on my journey to be physically and mentally healthy. This meal is perfect for busy days, nights, or just busy girls(women) trying to love their bodies, give their families healthy meals, and enjoy the summer✨

Let’s make it:

Greek Ground Turkey Meatball Ingredients:

1 lb 450g ground turkey (preferably lean)

⅓ cup breadcrumbs regular or gluten-free

1 large egg

3 garlic cloves minced

¼ cup finely chopped onion

¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

🍋 Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

🍋Use your hands to roll the meat into even ball shapes

🍋Preheat the oven to 400

🍋Bake for 15-20 minutes ORRRR

🍋Use olive oil to pan fry these meatballs to crispy perfection

Here are my suggestions for side dishes and veggies to pair it with:

🥒 TZATZIKI sauce

🥒Grab a box of Rice Pilaf and make that on the side for a fun rice option

🥒Pita Bread

🥒 A tomato, cucumber tossed salad

🥒lemon and dill for garnish!

Literally it takes 20 MINUTES TO MAKE!! It’s so YUMMY and it’s perfect for the summer!
