Almond Flour Pancakes

Raspberry almond flour pancakes recipe: swap almond flour for lots of added protein that’ll keep you full all morning! The almond flour also adds a nice nutty flavor that’s even more delicious with a small splash of vanilla.

Ingredients:

— 1 1/3 cups almond flour

— 2 eggs

— 1/3 cup almond milk

— 1 tsp vanilla

— 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)

— 1/4 tsp baking powder

— raspberries, sliced in half

— butter & syrup to serve

How-to:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and heat a skillet over medium-low heat.

2. Prep your pan with butter or a nonstick cooking spray.

3. Make your pancakes a bit smaller than usual, as the almond flour makes them more delicate.

4. Serve with raspberries, butter, and syrup!
