Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Pasta 🍝 🐓

Think the yummy flavors of lasagna with a super creamy sauce. That’s what makes this delicious slow cooker creamy chicken pasta. 🧑‍🍳👌

It’s crazy how easy this recipe is, and everything cooks in the slow cooker making for easy clean up. …and did I mention it’s dairy-free?! It doesn’t get much better than this one.

Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Pasta 🍝 🍗

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used frozen)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

24 ounces marinara sauce

24 ounces chicken bone broth

12 ounces pasta of choice

1 cup full-fat coconut milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Add chicken to crockpot and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper.

2. Add marinara sauce and broth and stir until well combined.

3. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is tender and shreds easily.

4. Shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker.

5. Stir in the pasta and coconut milk making sure the noodles are submerged in the liquid.

6. Cook on low for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Check noodles frequently to avoid getting mushy and overcooked.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
