One of my favorite dishes to prepare is veggie fried rice using cabbage. It’s incredible how just a few simple ingredients can transform into a delightful meal that’s packed with textures and flavors. I usually start with fresh cabbage, diced carrots, peas, and bell peppers for color and nutrition. Then, I add cooked rice that’s been cooled down, so it fries up nicely without sticking. I season everything with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and a dash of sesame oil to mimic that authentic fried rice flavor. What’s great is that this dish is highly customizable.
