Snickerdoodle cookies

1 room temp egg

1/2 cup room temp butter

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 3/4 cup flour

Mix the wet ingredients together until combined

Add in the dry ingredients (I sifted all the dry ingredients together)

Roll into 2-3 tbsp sized balls

Roll the balls in cinnamon sugar and place on baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. 💕 this makes about 14 cookies.
