Bacon & Feta Egg Cups ✨ Perfect for Meal Prep

This recipe was so easy, fast, and delicious! I will definitely be using this recipe as a meal prep for the week!

✨Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Lightly spray a muffin tin or ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Divide the crumbled turkey bacon and feta cheese evenly among the muffin tin cups or ramekins.

5. Pour the whisked eggs over the bacon and feta, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

6. Gently stir the mixture in each cup to distribute the ingredients.

7. Place the muffin tin or ramekin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the egg cups are set and slightly golden on top.

8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
