Ingredients:

1 box white cake mix

1 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 large eggs

1 can (14 oz) coconut cream

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

1 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions, using water, vegetable oil, and eggs.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool slightly.

In a medium bowl, combine the coconut cream, crushed pineapple (with juice), shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and milk. Mix until well blended.

Using a fork, poke holes all over the top of the warm cake.

Pour the coconut mixture evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.

Let the cake cool completely to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Garnish with additional shredded coconut before serving, if desired.
