・ 5 slices of lasagna

(Things that do not need to be boiled. I bought it at KALDI ✨)

・ 300g minced meat

・ 1 onion

・ 1 / 2 carrot

・ Broccoli 1 / 4

・ Some olive oil

· Garlic tube 2cm

・ Cake flour tablespoon 1

200 ml of milk

◎ ketchup tablespoon 4

Worcestershire sauce tablespoon 1

2 teaspoons of soy sauce

How to make

① Finely chop the onion, carrot and broccoli.

② Put olive oil, garlic tube and minced meat in a frying pan and fry.

③ Add vegetables, stir-fry quickly, add cake flour and mix well.
