Sausage, Potato & Egg Skillet

I worked out hard, so I have to replenish my body!

One of our fave meals are potatoes with peppers, onions & sausage!

✨ I chopped bell peppers & onions and sautéed them until soft but not fully cooked, removed from the skillet & set aside.

✨ Then I added my diced potatoes to the skillet & cooked until brown on both sides and took those out.

✨ Next, I added sliced beef polish sausage to then skillet & cooked for a few minutes on both sides.

✨ I put everything on a cooking sheet & baked in the oven until completely cooked on 375 degrees for 20 mins.

✨Then I scrambled 2 eggs & 1 egg white. I put potatoes, sausage & peppers on my plate, topped with shredded cheese, the placed my eggs on top with a little more cheese & BOOM that’s it 😆😋

This is a high protein meal that will keeps me full for a few hours.
